This 5 diet will just help to sleep,there is no need to take medicine.

1) ota, otakeka, Brown Rice food, etc. Our body maintains carbohydrate levels. It increases our energy. As a result, our body needs leads to sleep.

 

2) high-protein foods such as fish, meat, beans, etc. helps us sleep.

 

3) pumpkin seeds helps us sleep too. Pumpkin seeds contains plenty of protein and vitamins. Many benefits to our body.

 

4) The mineral, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and sodium are full of coconut water. However, coconut water helps to keep the body cool. As well as the coconut water ghumerao helpful.

 

5) Herbal Tea or herbal tea is very beneficial for our body.
